Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.

Refunds are available only for boxes that have not yet shipped. Because each Connection Crate is carefully assembled and includes consumable materials, we cannot accept returns of opened boxes.
