Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with Connection Crate. We want to make sure your box arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Processing Time

   All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery

   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Connection Crate currently ships within the United States.

   Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier but generally take 3 to 7 business days once shipped.


3. Subscription Boxes

   Monthly subscription boxes are typically shipped between the 5th and 10th of each month. If you subscribe after the current month’s boxes have shipped, your first box will ship with the next month’s batch unless otherwise stated.


4. Delays

   Connection Crate is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these rare occurrences.


5. Tracking Your Order

   Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Incorrect Addresses

   Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

   If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.


8. Returns

   Because Connection Crate boxes include craft and activity materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used boxes. If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us for assistance.
