All Connection Crate sales are final once shipped. Because each box contains consumable materials and custom-assembled crafts, we are unable to accept returns of opened boxes.

If you need to cancel a subscription, you may do so any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Refunds are available only for boxes that have not yet shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit.
